General Policies

•  We accept gift certificates, checks with ID, MC/Visa, debit, & cash
•  All sales on services & gift certificates are final. Product returns are gladly accepted with receipt of purchase within 30 days.
• Spa Finder/Way Spa are excluded from all specials or promotional offers.
  
•  Please turn cell phones and pagers off during treatments
•  Adults only, otherwise, we request parental permission or be accompanied to all treatments
•  Gift certificates not valid for specials unless expressly stated.
• Management appreciates all complaints and promises to resolve matters fairly and within a timely

Appointment Policy

• 24 hour notice respectfully appreciated for cancellation of appointments.
• Any missed appointments, without prior notice, will be charged the entire amount of service scheduled.
• We appreciate comments from our customers to ensure the best possible care; Please contact us directly.

 All treatments are NON-REFUNDABLE. - Any Missed Appointments without 24hr notice will be billed at the full rate, or charged to your account.
